As you know we are unable to have our free educational programs due to the Pandemic. Our original program was scheduled for late October at Sweetwood. I contacted the speaker Mayr Edgerton, a Certified Yoga Teacher and Deborah Dane, Executive Director at Willinet TV which is a local Community Television Station. They asked me to send a proposal and after we spoke on the telephone they accepted my idea. Mary held a Chair Yoga session with two women who have Multiple Sclerosis and Deborah produced it.
Today we received a link to the Video . We are grateful for their time and talent in creating this wonderful video on behalf of the MS Support Foundation. The video will be on Channel 1303 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am and Saturdays at 9am. And it’s also available on You Tube On Night Sky Yoga. Please help us to spread the word.
